The business of the AGM meeting will be:

1. To ratify the Minutes of the 2024 AGM Meeting.

2. To receive the reports of the Officers.

3. Election of Officers:   President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer; and four Committee members.

4. Election of an account reviewer/s;

5. Appointments:  AREC Group Leader; Head Repeater Trustee; Editor for Magazine.

6. Any Other Business, and Update of Constitution progress.

NOTE:   If there is NOT a quorum, to run the AGM, then it will be planned that the AGM will be transferred to the next General Meeting.

This will be the Monday 8 December 2025.  This will also include the constitution update.
